Thunder fire needling is a powerful moxibustion technique that was invented in the Yuan dynasty in the late 13th century. You will leave this practical session with an understanding of the theory that underlies this technique, together with the skills you will need to add it to your therapeutic armoury.

Charles Buck is senior lecturer at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York and at the Skolen for Akupunctur in Copenhagen.
