Registration
Registration will take place in the Windsor Building - opening times are as follows:
15.30 -18.30 Friday 5th September
08.00-09.30 Saturday 6th September
08.00 -09.30 Sunday 7th September
Key to your room
Rooms are available after 14.00hrs onwards all keys wil be allocated from the registration desk Windsor Building
Shuttle Service
Remember we have a shuttle service operating on both Saturday and Sunday from the RHU to Egham train station. The times are as follows

Entrance to the Evening Celebration
This year when attending the evening function on both Friday and Saturday please remember to wear your name badge. Those wishing to attend without a badge may be asked to wait for a short time while their name is checked and verified.
