From the M25: Exit junction 13 (A30 to Staines). If travelling clockwise on the M25 (from south) you will need to go round the roundabout and rejoin the motorway as if you are doubling back. Keep left and immediately take the slip road for the A30 to Windsor. At the next roundabout follow the signs to the A308 for Windsor. Follow the road, passing the Runnymede Hotel on your right and the signs for Windsor, until you reach a mini roundabout. Take the left exit signed Englefield Green and the A328. Then take the turn on your immediate right into Burfield Road. Beaumont Estate entrance is immediately on your left. (The venue is 5 miles and less than 10 minutes from Junction 13.)
From the M4: Exit junction 6 and follow the signs for Windsor and Staines and the A308. Continue following the signs for Staines and the M25 on the A308. Go past a pub on your right called the Bells of Ouseley, and at the next mini roundabout turn right signed for Englefield Green and the A328. Then take the turn on your immediate right into Burfield Road. Beaumont Estate entrance is immediately on your left. (Beaumont Estate is 5 miles and less than 15 minutes from Junction 6.)
By rail: Egham for connections to London (Waterloo) and Reading. (Less than 2.5 miles from Beaumont Estate.) Shuttle service available.

A free direct shuttle service between Egham train station and the venue will be provided throughout the conference weekend.
By air: London's Heathrow International Airport is 11 miles and about 20 minutes away with our dedicated airport shuttle, which costs £15 (return). The shuttle service operates on a pre-booked first come, first served basis - on the hour for terminals 1,2, and 3; 15 minutes past the hour for terminals 4; and 30 minutes past the hour for terminal 5. Gatwick International Airport is about 50 miles from Windsor, and will take one hour by taxi at a cost of about £70. A train will take about one-and-a-half hours from Gatwick. Please change at Clapham Junction for Windsor & Eton Riverside. There is a taxi rank outside and it is a short journey to Beaumont Estate.
