Isobel and her colleagues work together as a network, and support each other in their work. They will look at the wide range of work issues covered by mentors, including clinical, diagnostic, practice development, networking in acupuncture and related medical fields, boundaries, burn out and more. Those attending the morning workshop will be offered a one-to-one mentoring session in the afternoon.

Isobel Cosgrove has been a practitioner of Chinese medicine since 1981. She taught and directed acupuncture programmes in the UK and North America. She runs training courses in supervision/mentoring for acupuncturists in the UK.
