Sponsorship Opportunities

A conference is an important marketing tool for any company. The British Conference of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine 2008, hosted by the British Acupuncture Council, is no exception. We are moving into new and exciting territory. A change in venue with state-of-the-art conference facilities, a new title and an extended welcome to non-BAcC members will mean that this conference will be a high spot in the year to many practitioners. We can cater for up to 900 delegates this year, potentially double the numbers of previous years.

Our marketing has been thorough! We have spread the word far and wide to make sure that we reach out to the maximum number of practitioners. Should you wish to exhibit we have a dedicated exhibitors' area with all the traditional incentives to assure footfall throughout the whole weekend. As well as exhibitor space, we also have other exciting sponsorship opportunities allowing you to spread your company's message even more effectively. In addition we are also willing to consider individual sponsorship proposals. Please contact us with your suggestions and we will work with you on agreeing a bespoke package.

A specially designated area in the Windsor Building will house the exhibitors and other marketing information such as banners and stands. A café style environment with live entertainment will be created throughout the two-and-a-half days and will ensure energy and vitality around the exhibitions. This area will be the hub of the conference and you have the opportunity to be part of it.

Taking part in this year's conference offers the potential to really highlight your message, increase awareness of your company/organisation during and after the event, and add value to your marketing and future sales. Please see below for details.
