We are looking for an Admissions and Student Membership Manager to join our small membership team. Working alongside the Membership Database Manager and the Membership Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring that the BAcC’s members are offered a high level of customer service and in supporting the organisation to achieve its aims and objectives.

The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of admissions and registration, increasing student engagement and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. They will work closely with the Admissions Committee in overseeing the admissions processes and consistent application of standards. They will also work closely with the Student Services Advisory Group in relation to the continuing communication and engagement with student membership. As such, they will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build mutually empowering relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

We are looking for a Membership Database Manager to join our small membership team. Working alongside the Admissions and Student Membership Manager and the Membership Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring that the BAcC’s members are offered a high level of customer service and in supporting the organisation to achieve its aims and objectives.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the BAcC membership database, using member data to provide reports and insights for the management team, and acting as a main point of contact for our members. As such, they will have solid experience in database management and a clear understanding of how to interrogate data for key insights. They will possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience of dealing with health professionals and students, as well as experience of working in a membership organisation, are desirable but not essential for the role.
