Office administrator

We are looking for a temporary Office Administrator to join our team for a five month period in order to provide additional office support. The main responsibility will be answering all calls coming in to the BAcC, therefore it is essential that the post holder has excellent spoken English and good communication skills, as well as confidence in responding to a range of queries. They will be responsible for general office administration duties, such as restocking stationery supplies, typing, shredding, organising meeting arrangements and ad-hoc duties as specified by their line manager. We would like candidates to have two years' experience in a similar role, excellent IT skills and strong interpersonal skills.
